lost and found
When my students enter into their sacred space, they will receive what they need the most. Sometimes they receive healing, while other times they gain insight. Past, present, and future are all available. There are no limits to what the Spirit can do. I am always in awe of what the Spirit does for my students in their meditation. Here is an experience that animal lovers will enjoy:
“I was in this beautiful clearing in the woods. There was a small pool of crystal clear water there in the center, so I began swimming. I was enjoying the warm water so much, I found I could swim underwater as long as I wanted! I never needed to come up for air. Coming up in the center of the pond, I heard some noise coming from the tree line. Out from the trees bounded my dog! He ran over and jumped into the water with me and we played and played! I was having such a good time that I didn’t want to leave when it was time to go. I spent one last moment hugging my companion and saying goodbye, before he ran off into the woods. “
As she recounted the last bit of her story to me, her eyes welled up with tears. She explained to me, “I lost my poor dog a couple years ago in a tragic accident. I never had a chance to say goodbye. I finally feel at peace now. “
Spirit knew about her heartache and knew how to bring her closure. She left feeling at peace, knowing her friend was still there running and playing, beyond time and space, in her memory, in her sacred space.
