90 minute men's yoga workshop
In this workshop, we embark upon the royal road of Raja Yoga, a path of inner mastery and self-realization.
You will be guided through deep, mindful stretches that help dissolve the tensions of a body. Breathing techniques, or pranayama, will reveal the subtle wisdom of your own breath. And meditation will invite you to dive inward, beyond thoughts and into the quietude where the soul rests.
As men, we are often taught to strive and conquer, but true mastery comes not from domination but from understanding. This is the essence of Raja Yoga. Here, we will explore what it means to align the body, breath, and mind, to move from a place of wholeness, not effort.
Step into the royal path of awareness, and allow yourself to be, not just a man—but a conscious man.

Mystic Pathways: Neurogenesis through Meditation
